Going to Arbitration:

If your vehicle's manufacturer has designated an arbitration mechanism and your vehicle falls within the mechanism's guidelines, then you must engage in arbitration before commencing a Lemon Law lawsuit.

The manufacturer must allow you to tell the arbitrator about any recent repair attempts made by the manufacturer.

Each manufacturer has a right to choose its arbitration method and each method has its unique rules. Please contact Todd Gadtke, free of charge, to learn more about arbitration.

After the arbitration response is received, it's considered to be non-binding on the consumer. It is binding on the manufacturer—they must abide by it.
