Please give me the opportunity to answer your questions and explain your legal rights. It costs you nothing to sit down and talk in person or over the telephone.”
Todd focuses his practice in representing consumers in Lemon Law litigation.
Todd's experience as a former trial counsel representing General Motors has provided him with great insight as to how the car companies approach lemon law matters. Todd has worked on many product liability cases, representing Polaris, EcoLab, and Isuzu, among others.
Todd received a bachelor of arts in business administration from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota and then went on to graduate from William Mitchell College of Law, cum laude, in 1997.
After receiving his law degree, he began working for a large downtown Minneapolis law firm representing major auto manufacturers in lemon law and personal injury claims. In 2000, Todd began representing injured people, and consumers with lemon vehicles.
Todd has co-authored a publication on product liability claims arising from injuries caused by component part manufacturing. He has also authored several articles on lemon law litigation. Todd has also been asked to be a guest speaker for continuing legal education courses given by the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association on the lemon law. He is married and has two young children.
